Valtora
A VSL funnel that turns visitors into qualified leads without human intervention: the prospect completes a multi-step form tailored to their case (purchase, co-ownership dissolution, or mortgage improvement) and a calculation engine evaluates their viability instantly — factoring in employment type, debt ratios, and taxes by Spanish autonomous community. The broker receives pre-classified leads and the client gets a personalized report by email. The same system is deployed for multiple brokers by changing only the brand configuration.
What we built
- VSL funnel with a multi-step form and three flows depending on the need
- Mortgage viability engine: employment, ratios, regional transfer taxes/VAT, discounts
- Automatic lead classification: eligible, to recalculate, or not viable
- Transactional emails with a personalized report and PDF attachment
- Admin panel for lead follow-up
- Multi-brand architecture: one codebase, multiple brokers
